Processing & Shipping Times

Some items are currently on hand and ready to ship. Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed and shipped the same day or within 1–3 business days.

These orders may require additional processing time and can take approximately 2–3 weeks before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or restocks.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking details.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. PrettyDollSupply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once packages are shipped, PrettyDollSupply is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages marked as delivered
